Terms & Conditions Callaway Paradym Golf Set Giveaway (Promotion) is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promoter is Elm Point Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 169 725 786) and Black Bull Golf Club (ACN 611 780 173) of 40 Silverwoods Boulevard, Yarrawonga, Vic, 3730 (Promoter). The development is known as ‘The Sebel Yarrawonga’ and ‘Black Bull Golf Course’ (Development).
Terms & Conditions of entry
By completing the online registration form on blackbullgolfcourse.com.au/callaway-golf-experience, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions of entry.
Who can enter?
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Applications are open to all those over the age of 18 and who reside in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania and Queensland, Australia (entries from New Zealand, South Australia, ACT & Northern Territory are not accepted). Employees of Black Bull Golf Club, The Sebel Yarrawonga and Elm Point Operations Pty Ltd, as well as their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Any eligible entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.
How to enter?
Entrants must enter via the online advertising across Golf Digest’s website and social pages, Black Bulls website, social pages and email correspondence and complete the online registration form. By completing this online form you acknowledge and agree that Black Bull Golf Course and The Sebel Yarrawonga have the rights to publish winner details. Promotional Period Entries open from 1st March 2025 (AEST) and closes 31st May 2025(AEST).
Any entries received after the close date will not be considered.
Multiple entries by the same person will not be considered valid entries. One entry per person only

Total package value: RRP $7,000*.
Note: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for any other item and is not redeemable as
cash. Travel expenses to and from The Sebel Yarrawonga and other incidentals at the winner’s own
expense. Alternatively, the winner can elect to receive the Callaway Golf Clubs to be delivered to
their home address in Australia. Judging of applications – The recipient of the prize will be randomly
selected from all entries received.
Contacting Final Recipient
The deemed winner and recipient of the Promotion will be notified by 12pm (AEST) on Monday 9th June 2025 via your mobile telephone number provided in the online entry form. Failure to claim the prize by Friday 13th June 2025 (As set down and agreed) means the terms of the prize will lapse and a new recipient will be selected.

and agrees that The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Club may publish the details and photos of the successful recipient in The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Club marketing material or reports, including social media, website/s, brochures, magazine/s or newspapers.
General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an eligible entrant winning a prize in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize offered in the Promotion. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations. Disclaimer The prizes provided are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and/or to any other offer and/or product/service from The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Club . their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material. The winner will be required to arrange their own travel to /from The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Course, alternatively the winner can elect to receive the golf clubs sent direct to them.
